PA612 Abrasive Brush Filament is a thermoplastic material mainly composed of polyamide. The amide groups in its molecular structure provide strong intermolecular forces, giving it high strength and stiffness. As a fundamental material in the production process of abrasive filament, it has good mechanical properties, chemical stability, wear resistance, heat resistance, machining performance, and forming performance, which can meet the high requirements of high-end industrial products and have a wide range of applications, such as aviation, medical, automotive, consumer goods, etc.
Main Feature：
1. High wear resistance: PA612 nylon wire has high wear resistance. After mixing with abrasive particles, it can be made into an abrasive brush with excellent grinding, deburring, polishing and other functions.

*Before extruding, filaments must be combed like girl's hair, lubricant oil spraying order and collecting roller shapes have to be adjusted according to different diameters.
